Third Release

Now I can share to all of you multilingual edition.
 What is important any can create own language pack and share to other. Just simple translate content from plain text *.json file from language directory, and put so processed files in a directory named by the three letter abbreviation for the resulting language.

In this version You can use self-made scripts. But they may not be stable, and randomly give a strange results. 
Highly required to remove the older version of the file sc_tool.py and directory content _gc .
